The Fine Print

Payment Info:

All projects require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot on my calendar. The remaining 50% is due for any working files are delivered. However, I completely understand budget concerns and am happy to offer payment plans, just inquire here, and we can discuss what works best for both of us.
 

printing:

Printing is not included in the pricing for any items listed. I am happy to handle printing for you if you'd like, and can provide a quote upon request.
 

Logo Concepts & Revisions:

Logo packages come with up to 3 concepts to choose from. Each designed element comes with 3 rounds of revisions. Revisions beyond 3 will be billed at my hourly rate.
 

Website Maintenance & Updates

Website maintenance and updates are not included in any packages. If you would like to hire me to update and maintain your website you can do so by contacting me. We can work together on a retainer, or I can simply bill at my hourly rate.

You will receive unlimited design and branding email support during our time working together. This will be within my business hours (M-F 9-5). Please allow 1 business day for responses.

Callie Cullum retains the rights to reproduce, publish and display the deliverables in our portfolio, websites, and any graphic design publications or other media for the purpose of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement.
